R.W. Harper is a video game developer and writer with over thirty years of experience crafting interactive narratives. Growing up in a haunted house in rural Alabama and along the Gulf Coast, he developed an early fascination with nature, local folklore, and unexplained phenomena. Following his military service in the U.S. Navy, Harper studied biology and history in college, combining his interests in natural science with cultural folklore.

His research has taken him to historical sites worldwide, from pre-Incan ruins in Bolivia to ancient Mayan cities and medieval European locations. Currently based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Harper continues his work in video game development while investigating unexplained phenomena and folklore, sharing these fascinating stories while exploring their impact on our understanding of the world around us.
